NARVA Lichtquellen GmbH + Co. KG was founded in Brand-Erbisdorf in 1966 as part of the Berliner Glühlampenwerk to expand the production capacity of fluorescent lamps.

Today, the company develops and produces UV lamps for tanning, special lamps and tubes for solar heat applications. Another business area is customer-specific LED project solutions under the NARVA brand.

NARVA Lichtquellen GmbH + Co. KG has an independent laboratory which is accredited as a test laboratory according to ISO 17025. Both lamps (200-800NM) as well as various spotlights and devices (200-450nm) can be measured in the laboratory.
